- "WOW! Called them on a Wednesday and they
were at my place on Friday to refinish my tub. I actually talked to
Charlie, the owner, who is very nice. They arrived 15 minutes early
(Edwin & crew) which blew me away because in Miami, people are typically
an hour late (have waited 4 hours for tile installers before). They
finished the job in about 3 hours (expected 4 hour time frame) and were
very professional & polite. The tub looks like new now. Cost was very
reasonable. I wish all construction/ contractors were like Eastern.

- "Manual and Charlie saved me from another
company called Classic Bathtubs in Barrington, NH and Newburyport MA.
Classic Bathtubs butchered the tile on the walls as well as the bathtub.
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and discovered they had 15
other complaints against them. Manual had to come in for 2 days with a
crew of 3 to repair the damage done by Linda Crevier, the Owner of
Classic Bathtubs. Eastern Refinishing was Awesome, clean, nice to work
with and I am so happy with how my 3 bathrooms look."

- "I called about 6
other companies and got the usual "Your business is very important to
us; please leave a message" that seems to be the norm these days. When I
called Eastern Refinishing I was immediately transferred to a very
pleasant fellow by the name of "Charlie". You rarely get a person as
friendly and knowledgeable in their field as he was and I was a little
shocked by his ability to understand EXACTLY what I had and what it
would cost to have the entire room redone. I had an appointment set up
for thursday and they actually showed up on time which, if you know
Miami, is unheard of. The project for my bath took them about 6 hours
and the smell was pretty bad but the results are just fantastic. We went
from a pink bathroom to all white and it looks like a new room. I would
recommend these people to anyone that doesn't want to waste time leaving
messages and waiting for someone to call you back. Good job and you can
use me as a reference anytime.

was able to answer any question I had. Lucas exceeded my expectations in
every aspect of the job, being on time, being polite, being knowledgeable,

They are the hardest working guys we have ever had work here and they couldn't be more professional. Really a breath of fresh air around here.
