I just had my whole bathroom redone by Eastern Refinishing and I can't believe my eyes. It came out just like "Charlie" said it would. The guys were on time (actually early) and were very professional and charlie was the most honest and funny guy you could ask for. He told me what it would cost and what the results would be. I couldn't believe my eyes. Thanks again to Bob, Tom and of course Charlie for making this project easy and enjoyable. These guys are real pros.

I purchased a very old condo (two years ago) and have been steadily restoring it. The one area I did not have the funds for was the walk- in shower which had ugly brown tile from the 60's. The price of replacing was prohibitive so I thought I would just have to live with it. I ran across an ad for Eastern Refinishing and gave them a call.
Spoke to Kelly (very nice) and Charlie (a real character) and had an appointment within three days.
Got a call from Dave Birmingham the night before the appointment to confirm. Dave arrived early, was pleasant, and completed the job in about three hours. He asked me to take a look and I was absolutely amazed. My dingy dated shower looked like new! I took my first shower in it today and for the first time didn't feel dirty leaving it. Unlike most contractors Dave actually cleaned up and throughly explained the maintenance procedures.
Highly recommend this company.

I couldn't be happier with the job Levi did on my old, tired bathtub. That bathtub was installed in 1951 and had seen more bare bottoms in 58 years than you can imagine. It was just plain ugly! After Levi worked his magic, I could not believe my eyes. The tub looked like it was brand new. Levi took great care in protecting nearby areas from over spray and my new tub is really beautiful. There was absolutely no clean up for me when Levi finished. How many contractors can you say that about? Now I have to spruce up the rest of the bathroom so the tub does not look out of place. When you consider all the options from replacing the tub to purchasing a liner, yours is the best solution. In a mere four hours my bathtub was transformed. It would take a demolition crew that long just to remove the old tub and the mess they would make would be awful. Then there's the cost of a new tub and labor to install. I also considered a liner but after reading about them I decided that I didn't want one. They often don't fit right and eventually leak causing further headaches and besides, they're expensive. The cost of your service is reasonable, quick, and you guarantee your work. With a useful life of 10-12 years it makes perfect sense to hire Eastern Refinishing. If I am still in this house then and the tub starts looking tired I will simply call you. Thanks Charlie for coming up with a practical, inexpensive solution to restoring old bathtub surfaces to their original luster. I am a genuinely satisfied customer!

We recently had our fiberglass tub-shower unit in the Northshore Boston, MA area refinished by Eastern Refinishing.
Manny, our technician, did a great job: prompt, pleasant, and professional. The taping, finishing, and clean up were

Discolored and stained, no matter how hard you scrub it still looks crusty. You have 3 choices ....leave it as is or
Destroy your bathroom and rip out the old and replace it with a new one, and then rebuild your bathroom again or...
Call Eastern Refinishing. The entire process took about 5 hrs. Ellis came in ( was very professional and courteous ) and did his thing.
Explained the warranty and taking proper care of the tub.
Made sure that the customer was 100% satisfied. When he left the tub was absolutely beautiful ! No mess.
My bathroom that I just repainted and replaced all the fixtures now looks perfect because I have a brand new tub.

I want to commend the fabulous customer service I received from Charlie at Eastern Refinishing. Not only were the details of the tub, sink and tile explained to me fully, it was worth the phone call just for the entertainment. Charlie was very funny, thoughtful, meticulous, polite and honest about every step of the process. A rare and refreshing experience with contractors. It was such a better way to go than ripping our bathroom completely apart. The technician that did the work was Levi, and has worked with Charlie for many years. A very nice man as well. If there was a customer service award bathroom refinishing, I would vote for Eastern Refinishing. My new bathroom is gorgeous- great selection for colors as well.

My experience with Eastern Refinishing was a very pleasant one. From the first phone call to inquire about fixing my bathroom up, to the end result, was easy and efficient. The refinishing team of Bob & Dave were polite and professional. The new finish is beyond my expectations, and it saved us a ton of money. "Why replace it, when we can make it look like new". That is what I was told by Danielle, and it is true. She was very helpful. I love it, and so does my husband. I highly recommend them.

Eastern Refinishing transformed our old ugly bathtub, sink and bathroom tiles into a shiny, bright and fresh new room in our art school. I could hardly believe it was the same place. Charlie was so helpful on the phone, and knew exactly how much it was going to cost. It was way cheaper than the bathroom renovation we were considering, and will give us at least 10 more years! Tom and Bill did the work, and were efficient, tidy and very professional- I could tell they had refinished a lot of bathtubs! I would recommend them to anyone. The best part was, once I made the decision, it was done within a week, and only took one day.

I just had my bathtub and all my wall tile refinished and it looks beautiful. Bob Dorr was the rep and he should be highly recommended for his efforts. It took him most of the day but when he was finished it looked like a whole new bathroom. I should have done this years ago. Bob was right on time and actually cleaned up before he left. Highly recommended.

we recently had our tub refinished by eastern. the results were highly satisfactory.
the two men showed up on time, explained the procedure, and did an outstanding job. the lead tech (willie) was polite and highly professional.

Last year, I had my very ugly harvest gold bathtub refinished by Eastern Refinishing Company. It is now white, and it looks like a brand new bathtub!!! It makes a world of difference!!! I can't believe it's the same 30+ year old tub!!! I am now having them come back to refinish the towel racks, soap holder, toothbrush holder, and toilet paper holder. I can't wait! My cousin had recommended Eastern Refinishing Company to me, and I am so happy she did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering refinishing work. The service, price, and quality of their work is excellent.

I called Eastern Refinishing and talked to Charlie; about possibly refinishing some bathtubs in some rental units I own here in south fla. (four) Two were vacant and two were occupied. We worked out a fair price and set up schedule to get the work done. My tenants were only inconveniences 24hrs after the job was done and all four tubs only took two days to refinish. Eastern saved me alot of money from not having to tear out those worn old tubs and made my tenants happy too.

My name is Jane and myself and my husband own a beautiful home in central New Jersey. I contacted Eastern Refinishing because we were long overdue for an update on the two bathrooms in our home. A few years ago we had some remodeling done to our kitchen, but the bathrooms, we just never got around to focusing on, especially due to our cost concerns. Our home was built in the seventies and had that once popular color of gold in our main bath and an awful pink in the master. At the time we purchased the home neutral colors were our last concern. We wanted the most popular selling color and those colors happened to be that at the time. As time went on, the color of our bathrooms became less and less appealing to me especially. They were limiting on what type of decor I could introduce into the rooms. To make a long story short, we were dreading the notion of having to spend a lot of money for the update but wanted an end product that was exactly what we had hoped for when seeing all of those new updated baths in the home improvement magazines. I called Eastern Refinishing and spoke with Charlie. He reassured us that the job would be done professionally and with care. He was confident that our expectations would be exceeded. And that it was! The technician that came to our home was Greg. He was professional and did a fabulous job in making certain that we were 100 percent satisfied with our color choices prior to him even starting the job. Upon completion when I walked into both bathrooms, I was so taken by surprise. Our two bathrooms have been updated by about 30 years and the amount of money that we saved with this company is unbelievable. The most important thing that I want to mention about this company is that after speaking with Charlie and Greg, I had a true sense that their main priority was in making me and my husband feel satisfied with the job as well as the service provided from start to finish. I plan on referring all of my friends and family to them because what better thing to do than to refer someone to a great company that provides a great service, and that costs half the money in comparison to a brand new bath that would look exactly the same. I no longer stress about the idea of home updates and can now focus my time and money on the wedding reception in our home this summer for our son! Awesome work Eastern Refinishing!

Hi Charlie. I wanted to let you know that we are so HAPPY with the work Rudy did on our tub. I expected it to look better but it looks like we got a whole new tub!! Amazing! I wish we would have found your company a year ago when we bought our home.
We plan to have Rudy refinish our other tub & the sinks in all our bathrooms now that we know how good his work is. Also I will definitely recommend him & Eastern Refinishing to everyone I know. The crew who came to our house was respectful, hard-working and produced an exception work product. We were so happy with the result of having the bathtub and tile reglazed that we asked the crew to do the entire wall tile around the bathroom as well as the backsplash in the kitchen. Beautifully upgraded both rooms at a small cost and we couldn't be happier. Our next request will be for the team to re-do our cabinets - we'll save a fortune in remodel costs!

Lucas and Andrea arrived on time and were so professional as they prepared and completed the refinishing of our tub, tile walls, and tile floor. Everything looks spanking new and gleaming--in only two days. We are so glad we did not do Re-Bath or Bath Fitters; they were so much more expensive and didn't achieve the goal of transforming the entire bathroom.
Lucas and Andrea were not only professional, they were downright pleasant and enjoyable. You have a wonderful team and a wonderful product.

i called eastern refinishing after checking out their web site and talking to a few other refinishing companies. i went with eastern because of the work they did on those cruise ships and the time they were able spend answering my questions over the phone. When john came to my home there were NO surprises and everything went as discussed. a very nice job and professional all the way. i would recommend them to anybody. lisa p

I called Eastern Refinishing to see if they could change the color of my tub. After talking with Charlie, I decided to have my wall tiles done too (GOODBYE PINK & MAROON). Dave arrived at the appointed time and proceeded to explain the process and approximate time involved. He pointed out a few spots that needed to be regrouted and said he would take care of it. Dave was able to match the tub to my new toilet and sink (almond). The wall tiles were done white. In one day I got a new bathroom! Thank-You Dave and Eastern Refinishing!

I just had my bathtub refinished by Tom Cavileer. I was a little sceptical about doing this. Tom assured me that this was the best way to do for remolding and when he was all done I would think someone came in and put a new bathtub in. He even took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. When it was all done Tom called me up to look at the bathtub. When I opened the door I could not believe my eyes. It was everything as promised. It was a brand new bathtub. I show it to my family and friends. They are all amazed on how well it looks. After week went by I took the time to call Charlie and Thank him for everything. He asked me to rate his company on Yellow Pages. It's hard to express how great of a job this was. THANK YOU

I just wanted to share my recent experience with Eastern Refinishing... Starting with the entertaining call with Charlie (He's certainly a character, but in a good way!), I knew I found the right company. I actually received a quote for $25 less with another company, but felt I'd stick with the company that had such good customer reviews. Charlie set me up with an appt with Rudy Gonzales, who called to confirm the appt and arrived early the day of the appt (Unheard of these days! A pleasant surprise). Rudy explained the process to me and then proceeded with the work. The results were amazing. My wife and I feel like we have a brand new kitchen sink and made the right decision to refinish it rather than replace it. We put on a new faucet and the set up looks BRAND spanking new! I'm gonna recommend Eastern and Rudy to all my friends and associates...

I dealt with Charlie over the phone and he is a character, but sent Manny to my house when he said he would. The finished product looked brand new. Had a minor problem and Charlie was quick to send Manny back to fix. Problem was my fault , but Charlie wanted to make sure I was happy. I would recommend this process and this company to family and friends.

We needed to get 3 bathtubs and the surrounding tile refinished from blue to white in 4 days. I spent 30 minutes listening to answering machines and then called Eastern Refinishing. I was transferred to a guy named "Charlie" who seemed very knowledgable and scheduled the work for thursday. Sure enough, 2 men arrived at 10:00 and went to work. One of them seemed to be deaf and did little talking however their work spoke for them. Within 5-6 hours the bathrooms were completely transformed right down to the caulk being replaced. Needless to say we were quite impressed. The bathtubs looked like new. I would recommend these people for ANY refinishing that you need done.

I recently had 2 bathrooms in my house completely renovated except for the 2 bathtubs. It was to hard to tear the old tubs out so my contractor recommended having them reglazed. That's when I gave Eastern Refinishing a call. At first I was skeptical but after speaking with Charlie on the phone I started to feel better about the process. The rep that came out, Greg, was very nice and professional. He had no problem answering all my questions and assured me that the tubs would look brand new. To make a long story short, the tubs came out beautiful!! They fit in perfectly with my newly renovated bathrooms! Eastern did a wonderful job!

I recently had Lucas Weppler come to my home and refinish what seemed to be a non repairable claw foot tub. He was here right on time, came in and looked at the tub and said "not a problem". I was very skeptical and and gave him a funny look but he assured me that it would look brand new. I took his word for it and he was right it looked like a new tub. He filled in all the holes and pits and the rust is gone. He did a spectacular job and i would recommend Eastern Refinishing to anyone!
